I'm an author, IT consultant, blogger and family man. (My family may be a little different than yours, but its a family nonetheless.)

Based in Melbourne, Australia, I specialise in data backup and recovery solutions at the enterprise level, focusing not only on the nitty gritty technical aspects of that technology, but also the business implications; I'm a firm believer that it doesn't matter how much money you spend on IT if your business and IT aren't in alignment.

I'm not only passionate about IT, I'm also passionate about equal rights for all, democracy, and a healthy, fair and accurate media.
